There is a lot to get used to when you start with fitbit. Fortunately, fitbit have provided us with help. The trick is knowing where to find it.

 

They have produced a special "getting started" guide at https://community.fitbit.com/t5/News-Announcements/Holiday-Setup-Guide/m-p/1708814/thread-id/5986

 

There is also a lot of online help at http://help.fitbit.com/?l=en_US When you get to this page click on the model of tracker you have to get specific help for that device. On that page you'll also find a link to the online manual.

 

And if you still have questions after all that this is the place to post them. We'll do what we can to help.
