I can't connect my charge hr

There is an error (request 400) whats can I do about it

The error 400 can sometimes be fixed by logging out and then logging back in again.

Hi there @LauraJuarez, let me give you a warm welcome to our Fitbit Community. I've noticed has been a few days already since you shared with us that your Charge HR was not connecting due to "Error 400". 

 

@SteveH has shared a great piece of advice to sort these type of issues, so I'm curious to know if you were able to connect your tracker? How it goes so far?
