I can't log into Fitbit app on my iPhone

I can't log into my Fitbit app on my iPhone X. I have used this app on the same phone for years, and never had any issues. About a week ago, it wouldn't sync properly, and then one day, I got logged out of the app on my iPhone, and when I tried to log in it said incorrect password.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled it and still the same issue. I tried recovering and resetting my password, but the new password is not recognized. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

I've moved your post to the iOS App board as you're having an issue with the Fitbit app. Thanks for the details and the steps you've tried. Just to confirm, have you tried logging in your online dashboard? This is just to verify if you get access there, so please give it a try.

On the other hand, try to force quit the Fitbit app, reboot your phone, open the Fitbit app and enter your credentials one more time to see if it works.
