I can't log into the app on my iPhone. I just downloaded it and I've rebooted. I get the message: Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again. Someone please help! IPhone 6S, fitbit charge

I have the same problem as well. It won't login even after changing the password (Charge HR; iPhone 5c). I even log out my husband's account and now his wont login either (Charge HR; iPhone 4s).
I have this problem because I deleted my app on purpose to reinstall it as my Charge HR won't sync properly with my phone (the same problem as some of the other users since July, but still no solution). I've tried all suggested methods in the forum but it still won't sync properly.
Now i I can't even login into my app. Please help. I have a marathon coming up in few days time.
