I cannot set up my charge hr!!!

Bought the charge hr yesterday. Tried to set it up on my Nokia phone using the Windows app. But after I enter the 4-digit number, it can't go on to the next step. Then it showing the 'not working?' Page . Tried restarting the charge hr, re-installing the app and restarting my phone. Nothing works. Please help.

Welcome to the Fitbit Forums @Siobhon! A good start would be checking out if the device you're using for the setup process is listed in the compatible devices. Make sure that there isn't another Bluetooth device that may be creating interference during the process. Setting  up your tracker using a PC may also help you with this matter.
