I just want to be able to edit an activity. I know how to do it…it just doesn’t work!! I walked for 3.9 miles today but Fitbit Charge 5 said 3.1 miles. So I edit the event and change the mileage to 3.9 and hit “save”. For about a half second…the distance changes to 3.9 miles and then pops back to 3.1 miles!! Maddening!!! And before support jumps on and goes down the mindless checklist that begins with me rebooting or something…This has occurred over numerous years, several iPhones, and 3 different Fitbits and innumerable software updates on all devices. To Fitbit I say, IT’S YOU, NOT ME!

Yep, having the same issue here. They send the same checklist to everyone who reports this issue, and none of their suggestions are a fix. People have reported this since 2017. It’s 2023 and still happening to everyone. So disappointing.
