Hello,
I am experiencing an odd symptom with the Fitbit app. It opens and functions just fine but when I click on my User Profile picture, the settings page is briefly displayed (fraction of a second) and then the app crashes and closes.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app along with restarting my iOS device but neither alleviates the issue. This issue exists both on my iPhone XS Max (iOS 16.5) and my iPad Pro (iOS 16.5).
Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Any assistance/advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

I'm having the same issue! I noticed it about two days ago and have done the same - restarted phone, uninstalled and reinstalled app, force close the app and reopen. On an iPhone Pro 14, iOS 16.5

Updating the app to the latest version 3.84 has resolved this issue for me.

This is happening to me, too. Funny thing is, I just got a new Versa 4 and it wasn’t functioning properly, so I factory reset it as is suggested in other posts re: my specific issue. Now I can’t add my Versa 4 back or pair it with bluetooth because it crashes every time I try to go to the user profile screen. The watch itself won’t go beyond the first screen telling me to pair it. Lol. My app is up to date and I’ve deleted the app and restarted my phone. I have no idea why I keep using these products.
