I lost it and the website told me to download the lightblue app, but I do not know how to use it.

Welcome to the Forums @Nicholasf13. I recommend following the Lost Tracker steps to find your tracker. To be honest with you I haven't used this app but Here you will find a good definition of it. If you don't find your tracker I recommend contacting our Support Team.
