I’ve just brought a new brand Fitbit Charge3

I just brought a brand new Fitbit charge 3 and the app saying that I can quick replay with my Fitbit to text but when text notifications come through to my device the only think I can do is just clear the text and this is so much confusing because that app saying is differently 

help me please!!!

The problem is that, at the moment, the quick reply feature only works for android phones.

My understanding is that Apple put severe limits on what other apps and devices can do with iPhones and they just don't allow fitbit to send texts. Android is less restrictive and there is no such limit.

However, it may take changes from apple before this can happen.
