I can get IFTTT to call my phone if Fitbit logs more than 7 hours of sleep. However, the Fitbit logging only happens after I get up and apparently only after I open the Fitbit app and get it to update. I need to trigger a phone call and notifications IN CASE I'M STILL SLEEPING as soon as 7 hours or so have elapsed. Otherwise, what good is it to have this functionality? I've read lots of posts in this and other forums about "all-day sync" and Bluetooth on iPhone. It seems that the Fitbit folks keep saying that if all else fails, the problem is probably that all-day sync can fail if the iPhone has more than one Bluetooth app running. Really? It's NOT a viable solution to have to turn off my Tile app, which finds my wallet and TV remote, etc.

Hello @Pfar, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board!
At this moment, it's not possible for the tracker to sync a sleep log during the night, even if you have All-day sync activated, in order to sync your Sleep log, you should open the Fitbit app. I understand how important it is for you to get a notification once you reach your sleep goal, which is why I would like to suggest checking @christinehw3's suggested idea. Please feel free to add your vote and comment to this idea, this is truly the best way to make your voice heard.
I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please keep me posted.
