My active zone minutes isn’t working correctly on the IOS app. I have logged out, deleted the app, and restarted my phone. Not matter what I do when I tap the zone minutes it boots me out of the app. Any advice or is this a Fitbit issue?

I have had issues that appear to relate to Fitbit screen refreshing and updating. I have scrolled through the activity section only to end up in the focus section on multiple occasions. Recently, I have scrolled through the activity section and ended up locked on a screen that does not permit me to, see my Fitbit data and I have to close Fitbit and reopen and hope that it will create correct the problem. This problem is known to Fitbit and has yet to be addressed. I am a blind user and have dictated this on my iPhone SE. third generation running iOS version 17.5.1 and Fitbit version 4.21. I spend much of my time reviewing the Fitbit screens and pressing the sink now button on the home screen to update the activity section and with other areas I found that I need to go to device/application at the top of the screen click on my charging device and then click on the scan sink now button Three, four, or more times to make sure that screens are updating. This does not always work and later have to go back and do it again, but this is the only solution I have found as bad as it is.
