Hi There

Just looked at my iPhone app and it is shows that yesterday's calories in vs calories out is over target (2320 cals in vs 2749 cals out and 71 cals over for the day).  However, when looking at the web-based dashboard it shows that I'm "Under" but still shows 2320 cals in vs 2749 cals out.

This appears to be exactly opposite.

Why is this?

Martin

Hello @mart61, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board! Smiley Happy

This seems like a very odd situation, when did you start experiencing it? It's possible the information is not updating properly from our servers to the Fitbit app, in which case I would like to recommend the following:

  1. Log out from the online Dashboard.
  2. Log out form the Fitbit app.
  3. Log back in to the Fitbit app and online Dashboard and compare the amount of calories.

This should update the calories and make the information match between platforms.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink
