Last week I noticed that some of my steps and distances would disappear the day after syncing. I had a new Charge2 in the mail so was thinking it may been the old HR. Well the app is still doing this even with the new Fitbit. I've installed the app, restarted the Fitbit. And still the same thing. It's actually loosing the data for exercises. Ran 6.5 mikes yesterday and says 0 steps for that activity. Shows 9900 for the day and it should be around 20l

Hello @KY_RidgeRunner, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
The Fitbit app resets at midnight just like your tracker, that may be the reason you see steps from the previous day disappearing, simply swipe to the left to check previous days's information on the mighty tile (steps, distance, calories burned, floors, active minutes). In order to see information from previous days for your sleep and exercises, tap on each tile, the information will be displayed there, otherwise the tiles will only display "Today's" information.
If you have done this and you're still noticing the information is not displaying correctly, please try the following:
- Force-close the app by double tapping the home button and swiping up the app. If this doesn't seem to work, please:
- Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else!
