IOS app not showing data from versa

Hi,  my IOS app has not been showing the data from my versa for about 24 hours, all the figures are zero.  The device is linked by bluetooth okay ( device name shows etc and the dashboard says 'synced 2 mins ago etc) and logging into the dashboard on my laptop the dashboard is showing everyone okay and is showing that the device is linked and syncing frequently so for some reason the data is not being reflected on the app. Versa is almost fully charged and linked sucessfully to my wifi.

 

Ive tried several things several times ie, forced shut down of app, removed app and reinstalled it, turned off bluetooth on my phone, turned phone on and off, hard restart of phone, turned off wifi on phone, turned off versa, reset the versa three times in a row. removed all other bluetooth devices, unlinked versa and phone and reconnected.... blah blah

 

Im fed up...................this happened several times with my charge 2 and now its happening with this, does anyone have any ideas please?  thanks

I appreciate you have taken the time to share your experience and for letting me know the troubleshooting steps you've taken in hopes to resolve this issue. At this moment I would like to gather some information from you so I can check this further as you're able to see your data in the online Dashboard:

 

  • iPhone model you're currently using.
  • OS version running on your phone
  • App version currently installed on your phone.
