IOS won't sync

Tried setup on my iOS device SE but is just searching. My Fitbit is fully charged. I am at a lost as to shy it just searches.  I've restarted my phone several times and still nothing

@Donalane  What Fitbit tracker do you have?  Also, what iOS version is your phone running?

I'm having the same issue.  My phone is up to date.  I uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app but when I try to log in it just keeps searching.

@eggermac  Are you having problems logging into the App, or doing a sync?

Both...but once I changed the date/time setting on my phone to automatic I can now do both.

I have a ios 10.2 and a Fitbit flex. I think my problem is with the Bluetooth since none of my other Bluetooth devices aren't found and or not syncing like my Apple Watch. I'll be taking the phone to the Apple Store and see if my suspicions are correct.

I'm having the same syncing issue. Hasn't synced since yesterday.  I have a Fitbit one.
