I just updated iphone to new iOS and Fitbit won’t synch. Is this a known issues. I have done all of the usual fixes (Bluetooth on/off; shut down phone; remove/install Fitbit app). Is there a solution?

I have done all the updates, rebooted the watch, the phone and “fixed” all the settings. I am only getting phone call notifications but no text. About to switch to an Apple watch. I’m sure that’s Apple’s plan 😉

I just purchased my fitbit charge 5 about 2 weeks ago and at first (couple of days) I was getting texts, messages and phone notifications and now I am getting nothing. I've done the chat line 3 times and I have just sent screen shots that their tech has requested to see if there is something I have set wrong, but I have done all of the fixes that have been suggested for the watch and iphone. I even deleted the fitbit watch off my phone and reinstalled it to see if that would help. I hope they find a fix soon as I really like the watch otherwise.
