My fitbit does not seem to be recording accurate data. I just completed a 3.31 mile walk and only received 3000 steps and 8 active minutes. Any ideas on what’s going on?

Hello @LMD27 and welcome to the Help forums.  What model Fitbit are you using?  When you did this walk, was there anything about it that kept your arm from swinging in a natural walking movement, like pushing a stroller?
