Inaccurate GPS on Runs

I'm having a lot of issues with inaccurate GPS on runs.  Basically it says I am running between 9 and 10 minute miles which is not accurate (I'm usually between 8 and 8:30 on MapMyRun or a treadmill).  As a result it says my Cardio score is below average despite running/exercising 4-5 times a week and having a sub 50 resting heart rate.  I've had this tracking issue for years now and so I've used 3rd party apps and just ignored it on FitBit but the score thing is just kind of bothering me.  Is anyone else having this issue or is it just me?

I’m having a similar problem but the opposite way - I’m a walker and when I look at the first mile of my walk it looks like I was zigzagging all over the place which drove up my mileage and gave me a faster pace. This only happened mile 1 then 2-4 were ok. But then it happened again today and said I walked 9 miles when it was only 4!
