I’m using iPhone 7 iOS 11 and I have tried connecting New Ionic Fitbit through Bluetooth. It connects for a few seconds and disconnects continually - I have turned off phone, turned off Bluetooth, disconnected device, downloaded app again. Nothing seems to solve the problem. The ionic is tracking steps etc on the watch but cannot transfer information to phone!!! Any suggestions please

Hi @JohnK49. I'm so sorry to hear of your problems with IOS 11 and the Ionic but happy you found us here in the forums. Unfortunately, Fitbit is not the only app having troubles trying to keep up with all these IOS updates. The best I can suggest is this:

I have just the same problem. Did you get any help for support? I'm trying, but they are not very helpful...

My IPhone 7 is update with the last version of the IOS, I deleted FITBIT app from my IPhone and install again… I did everything I could do, but my fitbit ionic do not be connected in the Bluetooth time enough to update tracker or to use any other fuction from de the.
Anything I try to do ir shows the message: UNABLE TO CONNECT TO IONIC – ERROR CONNECTING WITH IONIC.
I live in Brazil and I can’t find a store where I can have a support. Please help me, I need to reconnected the fitbit to track my exercises.
Waiting for an answer as soon as possible.

All I can suggest, other than to contact Support is to try the steps I outlined below. Often it is not what you do, but in what order you do them. The steps below should help get everything in sync.
