Inaccurate HR graph

Hi,

Ive a C3. It has all current updates.

The last few days i have noticed the HR graph on the dashboard being inaccurate. Especially when opened in its largest format (on iphone).

My HR is regularly the the mid to high 50bpm. This shows when looking at current heart rate. When I open the heart rate graph it appears accute aswell, until i use the icon in the too right corner to enlarge the graph. As this stage it is completely different as though there is an issue with scaling up from the small to larger graph. Eg today I know ive had at time a HR of 53bpm and as high as 180bpm. However the large graph does not hit anywhere near these high and low points.

Ive uninstalled and reinstalled the app but it has made no difference.

Help please!

Hi,
Ive tried as you suggested, aswell as uninstalling and reinstalling the app but nothing seems to fix it so far.

This was my heart rate this morning...

As you can see in the low 50s
When i tap on the heart icon to see the graph i see this.....

Again this looks fairly reasonable. Range between 52 and 86. Although i know that my heartrate was lower than 50 a few times this morning.....
However when I enlarge this graph using the icon in the corner this is what im shown...

Or even in landscape...

Its fairly obvious that there are large differences in a graphs that should all show the exact same information?

Thankyou for your help 🙂

Hi @AlvaroFitbit,

I have not seen an answer from you on the screenshots @Gills123 provided below. As I have exactly the same problem I am interested to hear Fitbit's response on this.

Many thanks in advance,

Pierre

Having exactly the same behaviour
Have tried the turn off and on workaround it doesn't change anything.
