Inaccurate data on my Blaze

Hi
I received my Fitbit Blaze yesterday and have set it up with my iPhone with no problems,  however it seems to be extremely inaccurate
by 9am this moring i had 'done' 4,000 Steps. burned 968 Calories and done a 2hour workout (i did 30mins)
 
please help ive waited a long time to purchase this and have been really excited about it!!

So sorry you are having problems! Try restarting your new Blaze. That should do the trick.  For instructions, tap here, then scroll down to Blaze. 

 

If if this does not do the trick, you should contact Support

Hello @Lisadraper1983 and welcome to the Fitbit Community!

 

As @SunsetRunner mentioned, restarting your Blaze should do the trick. After restarting your tracker, let's try performing an accuracy test to make sure is working correctly:

 

1. Put your tracker on your wrist and take a note of the steps shown on the display
2. Walk 100 steps, making sure to count a step each time one of your feet hits the ground.
3. Pause, then check your tracker to see your step count.

 

If your tracker counted less than 100 steps or more than 100, my best recommendation would be contacting our Support Team, I'm sure they will be more than happy to get you back on track!
