Inspire 2 not showing any activity

Inspire 2 isn’t displaying any activity. All that comes in the screen in the symbol n the website 

no steps etc r showing. This info is in my phone though. Any one know how to fix this

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your Inspire 2 isn’t displaying any activity. Thanks for trying to resolve this and I am here to help. I recommend pairing your Inspire 2:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
