I was wandering why the app has to track me in the background and why it keeps asking me to have tracking running all the time not just when I am tracking an exercise
I have been informed by my phone on 3 occasions that the app has background tracked me. Since I turned on tracking while using the app I am constantly reminded that it should always be on. No need if not using the app unless they are background tracking
The app doesn't track you, but due to changes in android, android, not Fitbit requires location services to be enabled. This does not mean that the app looks at your location.
