Hey Someone what’s wrong my message is showing NoT SENT

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your message is showing as "not sent". I am glad to assist you. I recommend doing the following:

 

1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
2. Force quit the Fitbit app. 
3. Open the Fitbit app and try to send the message again. You can confirm the steps to send a message at How do I send private messages in the Fitbit community?

 

If you're still experiencing difficulties with this, please let me know the additional details and we'll continue to work towards a resolution.
