Inspire 2 quit showing my data on my IPhone

On Friday , January 5, 2024, my Fitbit quit showing my data on my IPhone. I have rebooted my Fitbit 3 times, and updated the app. Chatted with 2 people on the Fitbit/Google site. Nothing is working

"Nothing is working"  Meaning it's not working even on your Inspire 2?  Well then of course it can't show on your iPhone.  Or do you mean it is working on your Inspire 2 but just not on phone?  Is anything showing on phone?  Is app showing?  With blanks for data? With 0s for data.?  With wrong data?  You're not really explaining enough to go on, unless you were just wanting to vent.

It is not gathering data on the Inspire 2 except for counting steps. It is
not gathering sleep data or heart data at all.

I’m having exactly the same problem

I am not sure what to do about this problem. I am getting disgusted. I am
sorry that I attached my Fitbit to my Google account. My husband didn’t and
his is working fine. Since I have Google attached, I’ve had nothing but
problems with my Fitbit and iPhone app.

So you are getting steps, but not heart rate.  Many other stats are based on heart rate so not surprising not getting them.  First thing to check is not in "Clip Mode".  Press 2 side buttons for a few seconds to get to Quick Settings.  Make sure it is set for 'On Wrist'.  If it is set for 'On Clip', heart rate is automatically turned off.
