Inspire 3 Food Goal Nutrition setting

Hello!

I'm having an issue with the Nutrition setting on my Inspire 3 device. When I select "Help me set a goal," instead of showing a calorie deficit of 750–1000, it displays that as my total daily calorie intake. When I try to set my own goal, it updates to a seemingly random number.

I've tried resetting everything and shutting the device down, but nothing seems to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Was on the phone with tech support for an hour, at the end of our call they suggested waiting two days and if it was still a problem reach back out. Anyone else have this issue?

Thanks!

Hello @jaya88 and welcome to the Community.  You are describing an app issue.  Do you use an Android or iPhone?  You post can get moved to an app platform forum, where you might get more help.

@jaya88   I use an iPhone, but can't reproduce your issue.  Sometimes app wonkiness and crashing gets fixed by logging out of the Fitbit app, then restarting my phone.  Or try deleting the Fitbit app, then re-download it.

I am having this issue, too.  I believe the functionality was removed- hopefully by accident and they will return it.  I started a new thread because I didn't see yours.
