Help!!! My versa 2 fitbit says unlock with phone. I made the mistake and unpaired it from my phone and now I can’t get it back. I have seen previous comment that I need to hold the back button for ten seconds until logo shows up. My watch does not have a back button and when I hold the button on the left side nothing comes up. I would appreciate some help.

Hi @SandiWest. Welcome to the forums.
Thank you for taking the time to share the details regarding this difficulty with your Versa 2. Sorry to know about the inconvenience.
If the device is not paired to your app, you will need to perform a factory reset on the device.
Please keep in mind that a factory resetting the device will erase all data and settings, including the clock face. However, you can set up the same watch face again after pairing the device with the new app.
To perform a factory reset on your Fitbit Versa 2, follow these steps:
- Press and hold the button for about 8 seconds until the screen turns off.
- After the screen turns off, you will feel a brief vibration.
- When you feel the vibration, release the button and immediately press and hold the button again.
- Wait until the blue logo appears and then disappear.
- Immediately release the button and then immediately press and hold it again, until you feel one more vibration.
- After you feel this vibration, release the button.
- This vibration indicates that you have started the factory reset.
Once the Fitbit logo appears, the Fitbit device will display the image with the phone icon and the setup prompt. Set up your watch again by following the instructions in: How do I set up my Fitbit device?
