Inspire 3 won't sync with my iPhone 14 Pro Max

My Inspire 3 will not sync unless I force it to which means I have to delete the app or reinstall it each time to sync to my phone which is an iPhone 14 Pro Max. My notifications don't work anymore either despite doing all the troubleshooting tips to get them to work. My Inspire 3 is 1 1/2 yrs old. I would hope this isnt the life span of the Inspire 3 and that they should last longer than this time period. Please don't respond by asking me to go through all the troubleshooting steps because Ive done that for months now to get it to function properly. Thanks for any advice you can provide.

Hi, @kim965, welcome to the community, you can manually sync your Fitbit app by sliding your finger down the "Today" screen on the Fitbit app on your phone and releasing it, no need to delete or restart anything. It should also automatically sync each time you start the app. Alternatively, you can touch the (%) icon in the top left to access syncing buttons in the top right corner of each device or SW present. I'm not familiar with iOS cellphones which might in minor respects be different. If that is the case I can move your post to the iOS board where community members are well-experienced with iOS issues.

Please post here again and let us know how we can further help.

Cheers

Thank you for your response. I thought the app was supposed to automatically sync itself on my iphone and that I wouldnt have to do it each time I want to look at all my stats. The syncing on my iphone is very inconsistent in its ability to get done. Sometimes it syncs easily but more often than not, I have to go through several steps to get it to sync which is frustrating and making me consider getting rid of my FitBit and trying a different brand after many years of being a loyal FitBit customer.

Hi, @kim965 , thanks for the feedback, as I mentioned iOS phone may be slightly different to the Android phone I use. I'm going to move your posts to the iOS board where I'm confident community members who use iOS will be happy to add their thoughts.

Cheers

Hi @Gr4ndp4!  You only moved your response, not the original post.

Same here. All of a sudden everything about Fitbit sucks! Endless circles of death, doesn't take manual entries, no more dashboard. If I hadn't just bought a new inspire 3 off of eBay that I can't return, I would definitely be using some other kind of tracker. Fitbit the worst
