Inspire HR activity tiles frozen

Can anyone please help with this one?........

Only jumping back in to using Fitbit again after absence of a few years, so a bit unfamiliar with bugs etc.

New Inspire HR working as normal i.e. functions accessible by button or swipe, but none of the tiles on Fitbit 'home' screen of Iphone are working - can't see any analysis of activities/ sleep/ steps etc....

Have tried resetting/ restarting both HR and phone to no avail.

Over to the experts for advice

Cheers, wilba 69

Hi Liliya,

Eventually solved the problem by deleting the app from my phone and reinstalling from iCloud. This was at the risk of losing data, but everything seems OK, so all good.

Many thanks for your advice.

Cheers,

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @wilba69.

Thank you for sharing the details of the issue you’re experiencing. I appreciate your efforts to resolve this. If your device is paired to your Fitbit account, please try the following:

  1. Log out of the app.
  2. Force quit the app and check if it is updated to the latest version by following these steps.
  3. Restart your phone.
  4. Log into the Fitbit app and check if the issue persists.

You can add tiles to your Fitbit app dashboard by following these steps: How do I add, remove, or rearrange tiles on my Fitbit app dashboard?

By the way, I've moved your post to iOS App board so we can keep our forums organized.

Let me know how it goes.
