Inspire HR isn't tracking sleep

My inspire hr logs no sleeping.  It’s been useless for over one week, please don’t insult me and ask if I’ve checked settings.  This has to do with the change Fitbit made to the sleep charts.  Completely useless, anybody?

Hi @deemoorhead. Welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry for the delayed response.

Thanks for letting me know about your sleep data, as well for your efforts while working on this. Although you mentioned to have checked settings, may I know if you refer to the factors that may prevent your tracker from recording your sleep described in this help article? Is the Fitbit app updated to the latest version? Also, is your Inspire HR able to update the rest of your stats (steps, distance, etc)?

If that's correct, I'd recommend to try the following steps:

  1. On your Inspire HR, open the Settings app, find Heart Rate and turn it Off.
  2. Restart your tracker.
  3. Go to your Inspire HR's settings and turn back On the heart rate settings.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile picture > Inspire HR > turn on the All-Day Sync.
  5. Wear it on your non-dominant hand for one night. When you wake up, sync with the Fitbit app and check your sleep data.
