Hi, @Cheryl18 , presumably if you are seeing resting HR you have the Inspire HR? It sounds like the HR function might be turned off on your Fitbit. You can turn this back on on the Inspire HR itself. Just swipe up to view settings, find HR and tap to toggle HR on or off.
I hope this helps. Let us know how you get on.

Hi @Cheryl18. Welcome. It's great to see a new face around!
Thanks for bringing this to my attention. To help you with this matter may I know if you're able to see a green light on the back of your Versa? Is the bpm shown in grey in your Versa? If you've not done so, please try the following:
- Make sure your your watch is updated to the latest version.
- On your Versa, swipe to the left and tap on the Settings App.
- Scroll down and tap on the Heart Rate settings to turn them off.
- Restart your Versa.
- Turn back on the Heart Rate settings on your watch.
- Wear it on your wrist and monitor its behavior.
If the issue persists, please take a picture of what is displayed on your Versa and attach it in your reply so I can look into this.
I'll look forward to your reply.

@Cheryl18, if you've not done so, please review @Julia_G's post which includes instructions to turn on the heart rate settings on your tracker. If the heart rate issues persist, feel free to let me know so I can continue helping you.
Catch you later!

@Jmckenzie39 You might be having the same Fitbit App bug as noted in "Current heart rate not being displayed in iOS app". Try turning All Day Sync to Off, then On again.
