It's been about 20 minutes now and nothing is happening. Trying to pair it to my iPhone 7.
Please advise.

@jamrai Hello, and welcome to the forums. I think you should contact Support, by phone or chat, for help. The Inspire is only available through corporate health programs. Not a lot of experience among the public.

Best Answerthat information didn’t work for me. Can you please send me information that could be of use? I have a iPhone 6s and I have a inspire. It will not sync or update, I really need some assistance with my inspire setup. Have been trying to figure it out for the past hour. Thanks.
Same here, new Inspire, charged up, won't setup on the app. Has anyone fixed this yet?
Just bought an Inspire earlier today and had this exact issue. Phone app told me it couldn't update the Inspire because low battery, waited for the Inspire HR to charge, tried again and failed. Super frustrating. This worked for me: restarted my phone and the Fitbit (hold down side button until happy face shows), after restarting both, turn off phone bluetooth. Count to ten, then turn bluetooth back on. Open fitbit app and try the update.

I have the same problem, I'm honestly ready to return this for a refund and stick with my old flex. The battery refuses to charge so it won't finish set up. I've tried all the troubleshooting steps. This is ridiculous for a brand new product that I just bought and took out of the box today.
Nice Christmas present NOT it says no Bluetooth connection I’ve tried everything but fitbit doesn’t switch on I’m not a numpty with technology but this is really disappointing
Mmmm a birthday present..and not happy. Assumes I have a suitable Smart phone or access to Bluetooth and I choose to do neither. Dongle is not a part of the pack.. I have a PC, Windows 10 and a watch. No indication prior to purchase what the basic necessities required to be effective for this product. Not a good marketing tool. Lift your game. Where do I find a Dondle for this watch pls????

Best Answerthanks a lot .. I tried for a long time and when I was about to give up I read your message and realised I bought inspire HR and not inspire .. once I changed that , it synced in 2 seconds.
MAKE SURE YOU CHOOSE FITBIT INSPIRE HR OR FITBIT INSPIRE .
