iPhone XR. Latest ios. Just updated my Inspire last night. Did all the suggestions... restarted Inspire. Toggled Bluetooth off/on. No other devices currently using Bluetooth on my phone. Quit and re-started. Still nothing. Wish I didn’t waste my money on this but I figured my fitbit One would be useless soon and I needed something with a clip and not wrist based. What a piece of junk. Sad battery life and way bulkier than the One. Nothing but issues with this unit from day one. I give up.
