Inspire text notifications issue

Ok my issue is that after the recent iOS update I can no longer receive text notifications unless I turn my text to always preview or only preview when unlocked. Now this was not the case before the newest iOS update. The inspire is my 3rd Fitbit and 2nd of those to receive text notifications. I had an Alta and it never told me I had to have the previews on and until the issues after the newest iOS update I didn’t need the previews on also. So can this be changed back? My phone stays on silent almost all day and night long, I don’t always notice or feel my phone vibrate but I do with my Fitbit. This was especially helpful for when I’m at work and I get text messages, I use the Fitbit to check who it is and what they want and decide from that if I need to answer or not so I didn’t have to pull my phone out while on the clock.

There is an ongoing bug with notifications on iOS 13. Keep an eye on the following thread where fitbit are posting updates and recommendations:
