@Ronald1919   You didn't overlook anything.  There are other recent threads here in the iOS forum on the same topic.  It looks like there is a bug in the iOS app.  I will notify a moderator and hope that Fitbit will look at this issue.  I'm happy that you were able to make your settings on the website, but you should not need to do that.

Hello @Ronald1919 and welcome to the Community.  You are describing an app issue.  Do you use an Android or iPhone?  I think you will get more help in the appropriate app forum.  Your post can get moved to the better fit forum.

Sadly, Fitbit has no plans to add a warm up period for any of the exercise shortcuts.  Users have asked by posting Feature Suggestions and Fitbit says they are Not Currently Planned.

Hi  @LZeeW ,

First of all thanks for the reaction you placed on my topic.

The functionality described is accessibel through the website Fitbit.com. From there setting goes to the cloud and then to the app which communicates with the fitcharge. So in my opinion  it is not relevant which device IOS or Androïde I use. I hope Fitbit use the same code for the differente devices. Can you please explain the reason why it is important which device I use. Moreover I use iOS.

When you still think this is not the proper category on the forum let me known and I will move the topic to the suggested category.

Can you test if this will work with you device?

thank in advance

@Ronald1919  The issue you describe is usually a app bug.  The iOS and Android apps are different from each other.  If you browse both forums, you will see issues unique to the iOS app or unique to the Android app.  As a long time user, I have never seen a bug appear that involves both platforms at the same time.

You mentioned the web dashboard.  Fitbit's newest devices are optimized for the mobile app.  Many new users don't know that they have a web dashboard.  You should be able to make and keep this setting on your mobile app.  The ONLY setting that needs the web dashboard is the 12/24 hr clock setting.

I am an iPhone user, but I don't have my Charge 5 on my account right now.  The Versa 3 is different from the Charge 5 and the interval workout settings are on the device itself.  But I am happy to move this thread to the iOS forum.

Hi @LZeeW ,

it is not possible to change the interval workout setting in the fitbit or the app. Only on the website you can change the interval setting such as repeat, move time and rest time.

maybe I overlooked the setting in the Fitbit or app.
