Hi,
After 8 nights with no problems, a problem appeared this morning. The app shows how much I have slept, but the graph with the sleep stages won’t appear. I haven’t done anything different. I just wore the watch as usual and feel asleep. I have tried closing the app, but nothing seems to work. Can anybody help?
Best regards Anders

Hello @andersbebe, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. ![]()
I appreciate you have brought this to my attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before reaching us through the Forums. At this moment, as this issue has happened only once on your Ionic, I would like to suggest you to restart it by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. Then monitor it for the next day to check if this resolves the issue.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, give it a try and let me know the outcome!
