Ionic not receiving notifications

I haven’t been able to receive any texts or calls the last update. I did all of the troubleshooting and followed every step. The best it did was occasionally I can scroll and find the odd text but they don’t pop up at all. This is insane for how much this thing cost. It worked perfectly up until the last update

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for letting me know you've already tried all the troubleshooting steps. Would it be possible for you to let me know exactly which steps you've tried so far? That will be very helpful for me to determine what we should do next. 

Additionally, please check that your Ionic is not currently in the Do Not Disturb (DND) mode by holding the back button (left button) and then swipe to the quick settings screen. Make sure Notifications is set to On. Also, go to your phone Settings > Notifications > Fitbit and make sure the following is enabled:

• Allow Notifications
• Show on Lock Screen
• Show in History.
