It is not syncing to the app. I have tried the troubleshooting and it’s not working. Is there some kind of glitch? Today is the last day of my stepbet, I need for it to sync so I don’t lose my money.

There isn't a system problem at the moment so it must be a problem with one of your devices. Without knowing what troubleshooting you have already tried I would try restarting your phone and then restarting your fitbit using this procedure:
- Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
- Let go of the buttons.
You might also try forgetting the fitbit in your phone's bluetooth settings. If it still won't sync after that then there are some more ideas to try in this help file: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1866/

Hello @Jenn2385, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. It's great to see you too @SteveH, thanks for all your help.
@Jenn2385, as @SteveH mentioned, we're currently not experiencing any kind of outage or issues related to syncing. If you have already restarted your Ionic as @SteveH mentioned and followed the instructions in the link he provided and your Ionic is still not syncing properly, my best recommendation would be setting up your Ionic as a new device to reset the connection between the watch and your phone. Don't worry, none of the information already synced to your account will be deleted.
To set up your Ionic as a new device:
- Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
- Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
- Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
- When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.
- When a pop-up appears asking you to Pair your tracker to your device, tap on Pair and continue.
