Just got a new iPhone SE and I can't sync my Fitbit Alta. It won't connect to Bluetooth. I've tried turning everything off and on numerous times. No luck. Help

Sorry you are having trouble, @cheeky_monkey. When I've run into this problem, it was usually because of other Bluetooth devices in the immediate area. Here is how I got around it.
- Turn off the Bluetooth on the iPhone
- Go into a room with no other BT devices such as other Fitbit devices, wireless speakers, etc.
- Turn the BT back on
- On your phone, go into Settings - Bluetooth and try again to pair your Alta to the phone.
If this does not work, please try contacting Support.
