I just got a new iPad and whenever I use the fit Fitbit app the screen is magnified so much I can't see part of it. It's virtually impossible to enter food in the diary since I can't see the entire screen. I have checked the zoom and magnification features on the iPad and they are both off. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app but this didn't fix anything. Any suggestions?

You've done some good troubleshooting, @Lijyneabs. I checked on my iPad Pro and do not have that problem. My zoom is off but there is a setting at the bottom of the screen that shows "Maximum Zoom Level 5.0x." What is yours set at? Maybe adjusting that will help. If not, let me know which specific iPad model you have and we can look into this further.
