Since newest app upgrade, the iphone fitbit app will not synch or connect to Bluetooth or wifi. I have done all suggested troubleshooting at least twice. All notifications on the website acknowledge android issues. Is the iOS problem being addressed?

My current app version is the most current app version 3431, my versa 2 is all up to date according to the app. My phone is not the problem. 12max
please just give us all an approximate time frame for fixing, instead of letting people assume it is their product. I understand there can be coincidental product issues at the same time, but acknowledging the problem on the server side would go a long way towards customer service. The app was updated a week ago, and that is when many of these issues started.
