I keep getting "Continuing with tracking could result in irregular GPS data for the activity". The map does not show a straight line. It will show at least double the mileage.

Hi @Anne-MarieB, welcome to the community! Let me help you out with the difficulty you're having with GPS on the Fitbit app.

Thanks @WendyB for jumping in.

If you haven't already done so, I'd like you to please check the following three GPS-related settings on your iOS device:

1. Make sure your device can track your activity when you're out of wi-fi range. To do so, tap Settings > Cellular and make sure Cellular Data is on.
2. Make sure the app can track GPS when your device is locked. To do so, tap Settings > General > Background App Refresh and make sure it's on for both the phone and Fitbit specifically.
3. Make sure your device is able to identify your location. To do so, tap Settings > Privacy > Location Services and make sure it's on for both the phone and Fitbit specifically.

Also, if you'd like to get to know more about GPS please check this article.

By the way, I moved your thread to iOS App board since it is more related to the topic.

Keep me posted if you continue to have any difficulties.

That has nothing to do with the one itself.
