Is Fitbit ever going to fix all the issues with the app or not?

Moderators seem to have stopped responding to many of the threads on here while the issues are still unresolved. The main one being the food log feature and how slow it is to add new foods most of the time. 
I’ve followed all of the advice posted and many many app updates later still does not work. 
Sort it out Fitbit.
