I have an Apple Watch that I use to count my steps, and I use the FitBit app to count steps with friends and do challenges. For our current challenge, I’m missing around 5,000 steps total for the week. Is there a way to fix this? Why is the iPhone health app showing a different number than on the Fitbit app? If I reset my Mobile Track will I lose all of my steps in the challenge I’m in?

Hi @Yaushua, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the missing steps issue that your Mobile Track has experienced, I'd like you to make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed. If the app is up to date, try logging out of the app, restart your phone, open the app and log in.
Regarding your question, your information is already saved on your Fitbit account. With this being said, the information shouldn't be lost. However, I'd like you to try the workaround shared above first before restarting the Mobile Track.
Once you've done the steps previously shared, monitor the Mobile Track behavior and see if it doesn't lose steps anymore.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

I have this same issue. Have logged out of everything and shut down my phone. I’m about 2000 steps short in the FitBit app compared to my Apple Health.
