Is it possible to sync the Fitbit charge with the health app on the iPhone 8?

It's not possible at the moment. There is a popular feature suggestion for this which you might like to vote for:

Note though the comment from fitbit that they do not currently plan to implement this - possibly because they see Apple as a competitor?
