Hello @JamesCooper, I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply. Smiley Happy

I appreciate you have come back and let me know the tracker you're currently using. At this moment only the newest trackers: Ionic/Versa/Charge 3 have the ability to add cues to the Exercise Shortcuts. The Voice Cues you're able to see when you go to Account > Exercise Tracking are voice cues for MobileRun, which is tracked from your phone and not your tracker.

At this moment, our team doesn't have plans to release this feature. You can learn more about how Fitbit decides what suggestions get released in our FAQs. For now, our team will leave this suggestion open for votes (and closed to comments) so that we can continue to track community demand over time.

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback with us and we will let you know if anything changes. If there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.

Hello @JamesCooper, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

Thanks for your participation in the Forums and for posting your question. Please note that it's possible to select custom Voice Cues on selected exercises. To set them up, please go to the Fitbit app and tap on Account > Your Device > Exercise Shortcuts and tap on each one to enable voice cues and set them up how you like. Note that older devices might not be able to get them.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let us know the outcome.

Hi Marco,

Thank you for your reply. I couldn't locate anything to do with Voice Cues in Exercise Shortcuts.

To access Voice Cues I go to Account > Exercise Tracking > Frequency. The shortest distance in there is 800 m. I was wondering if you can customise the distance Frequency because I would like Voice Cues every 500 m.

I'm using a Charge 2, iPhone X and the latest FitBit App so I don't think my devises are too old.

Thanks,

Hi I am a walker, with an injury so not a fast walker at all.  I would like a voice cues interval option of 250 m which would meet James’ request too.  Meanwhile I’ll try the time intervals to see if that will help.
