Can I use my iPhone to display my HR in large / landscape? Is there an easier way?

Regarding your inquiry, no, there Fitbit app doesn't have a landscape mode. Please take a look at the Landscape Orientation Fitbit app request, vote for it and leave your comment.

Android use to have a landscape feature and it was wonderful.

In addition to what the others have stated, some of the charts display in landscape once they have been enlarged.
<<edit>> In looking at the original post, it looks like you may not know how to get to the screens below. From the app's Today screen, tap on the Heart Rate tile. Select a day to display. Tap on the graph for the day at the top of the screen. When finished, tap on the double-arrow at the top right.<</edit>>
