Hello @AggieJM, welcome aboard to our Community. Make sure you have selected the correct Timezone, keep in mind it has started the Daylight saving for some countries, mainly in the US, so this might affect your time when you synced your tracker.
To review your timezone from the iOS app you need to do the following:
you can choose also to set Automatic Time, so the app will grab the time based on your network.
Hope this helps and let me know if you have more questions.

It has been working fine ever since the time change, it was just the night of the time change that it was acting up. All my other settings were correct, so my assumption is that it was related to the extra hour coming that night. Probably only an issue that will affect two nights out of the year, but I wanted to see if anyone else had an issue.

One last item I noted. I have the target bedtime set up for 23:30 on weeknights with a reminder at 23:00. After the time change, I received the reminder at 22:00 on Monday night. Once I went to check the setting, it showed it was still correct, then reminded me again at 23:00. It has worked fine ever since.
Appeared to be a holdover issue from the change that didn't require modifying a setting, just opening the screen to review it corrected the issue.
