I have also reconnected several but it just keeps dropping out again! I’m absolutely fed up now...
I have not been able to sync my Fitbit since updating my phone. I’ve tried various methods online, uninstalling the app and putting back on, uninstalling the Fitbit from app and trying to put it back on. The app says it can find the Fitbit but just keeps constantly trying to connect without success
Thank you after two days your recommendation to go into Bluetooth and clicked on ignore device worked perfectly. So far it’s working good.
Best AnswerThanks !!! It worked!
Best AnswerHi the problem is in the Bluetooth connection. You have to go to your settings, choose forget this device and then start again...
Best AnswerAgreed. I’ve done it 5 times now. Everything from totally rebooting my phone, too. Nothing works 👎
Same here. Really frustrated
My charge 3 will no longer sync with my iPhone 6 after the Apple update went through last night. I have tried turning everything (Watch and phone) off and back on, Bluetooth off and back on, reinstalled Fitbit app, still no luck.
Morning Glasi . Both my wife and I are having the same problem with our Charge 2 and 3. Bluetooth is not pairing with any of my devices since the last iOS update. I’ve tried all the suggestions on the forum but to no avail.
Best AnswerI tried this yesterday it worked for about an hour, lm so annoyed with this it’s doing my head in
Best Answerhi, I have spent 2 days trying to resolve the fact nothing shows on my Fitbit inspire screen after updating to IOS 13.4.1, after then speaking to someone on webchat yesterday for an hour to be told at the end of the chat to wiggle my arm to show the display and then abruptly ended the chat I was absolutely fuming, I have tried everything including the forget this device on Bluetooth and restarting lots of times but nothing works, I have managed to get it so it vibrates if I get a call or message but I have to press the button to show the message which is not good as sometimes don't feel it and its the flashing on the screen that catches my attention. I have also emailed fitbit who advised it will take 7 days to reply, when will there be a fix for this as its very frustrating and am not happy I have spent so long trying to resolve with no effect!!
