Sadly it seems that only sometimes works - it did for me perfectly the first time but it won’t add back now. Have tried everything described in thread, success once or twice when problem first occurred but now it counts steps but doesn’t sync, can’t be found and can’t be added to Bluetooth. Considering binning it & buying something else - especially as it’s already my second replacement after screen issues.

Glad yours worked & thanks for trying to help Ive tried with it on charge too -... losing the will now I’ve spent so much time on it. Shame because I loved my original charge HR which worked no problems for years until the non replaceable strap disintegrated- had no qualms replacing it with the charge 3 but have had so many screen problems & 2 replacements, now this🙄

Uh, this process doesn't always work for people. Despite following the process as correctly described at least ten times before.

My flex 2 is still not syncing with latest iOS.
Have tried forgetting device on Bluetooth.
Have restarted phone with a hard start. Have closed and reopened Fitbit app. Have turned Bluetooth off and on multiple times. Have charged Fitbit.
It’s been 7 days since it synced and I can not get it to sync even trying all these things many times. It’s extremely frustrating. What else can be done to get this working again?
Please let me know. Thank you
