Hi T,

I absolutely agree. We all have Fitbit devices for our sports and general wellness. Here’s hoping the next iOS update works for everyone.

Hello, I tried deleting the app and redownloading but It didn’t solve the issue. It just gets you back to where you were.

Not the app. Go to Settings, Bluetooth. Delete your device. Go back to
Bluetooth add your device: done. It is all there in this thread now
correctly described 10 times or more.

Sadly it seems that only sometimes works - it did for me perfectly the first time but it won’t add back now. Have tried everything described in thread, success once or twice when problem first occurred but now it counts steps but doesn’t sync, can’t be found and can’t be added to Bluetooth. Considering binning it & buying something else - especially as it’s already my second replacement after screen issues.

Glad yours worked & thanks for trying to help Ive tried with it on charge too -... losing the will now I’ve spent so much time on it. Shame because I loved my original charge HR which worked no problems for years until the non replaceable strap disintegrated- had no qualms replacing it with the charge 3 but have had so many screen problems & 2 replacements, now this🙄

Uh, this process doesn't always work for people. Despite following the process as correctly described at least ten times before.

Hi Jo,

Here’s hoping someone at Apple is taking notice of the issues many of us have had regarding the iOS update as I certainly missed my Fitbit for the short time before I set my other more clumsy phone up .

My flex 2 is still not syncing with latest iOS.
Have tried forgetting device on Bluetooth.
Have restarted phone with a hard start. Have closed and reopened Fitbit app. Have turned Bluetooth off and on multiple times. Have charged Fitbit.
It’s been 7 days since it synced and I can not get it to sync even trying all these things many times. It’s extremely frustrating. What else can be done to get this working again?

Please let me know. Thank you

So what is being done about the sync issue ? Assume it is for fit bit to resolve ?at the moment can’t use HR no matter what troubleshooting suggestions have been made .

Hi Erin, I used to have a Flex for swimming.  If I remember rightly there was a little button on the end of the charger. My Flex occasionally needed to be reset by putting it on full charge , then pressing the button on the end of it a few times till it synced with my phone .If you've tried all the other suggestions,  then this may be worth a go. Here's hoping that works. Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

Thank you, yes I did try it and it worked. However it decided to drop out again today but then woke up again. My main issue now is that the clock is one hour slow!
